Product Warranty

All OEM products listed on Jolek.com have their manufacturer's warranty information is available on each manufacturer's website. All Jolek branded and generic products have a 1 year invoice from date of invoice (not order date or reception date).

All returns of OEM branded products will be handled by the manufacturers and distributors and returns may be sent directly back to our suppliers.

All returns for Jolek branded products will be sent back to Jolek, for testing and verification and then exchange or instore credit. On occassion certain products may be sent back to a third party location for product exchange.
