| Shipping & Return Policy |
| All shipping charges are to be paid by the customer. Orders paid by check will only be shipped once the check has cleared. All products can be returned within 7 business days of invoice purchase date . All items being returned must be unused and in their original packaging . All returns must be approved by our returns department and assigned a return authorization number. All products being returned are shipped at the customers expense. Any returns sent back to Jolek Inc. that do not follow the above criteria will be refused and sent back. |
